The headlight polishing kit restores a clear view to yellowed and dull headlights. Thanks to our perfectly coordinated polishes and pads, an optimal surface is achieved in just two steps. The branded black cardboard box contains sandpaper of varying grits, a hand sanding block with Velcro for manual sanding, Headlight Polish 1 and Headlight Polish 2 with a sealing compound, and three matching pads. The included Thermo Pad allows for precise temperature control during processing, as the pad's color change serves as an indicator due to its thermochromic properties. A total of 50 headlights can be treated with the headlight polishing kit. All components can be purchased separately.

Usage recommendations
1. Clean the headlight before starting, then mask off the edges of the hood, fenders, grille, and bumper. 2. Depending on the level of discoloration, treat the headlight surface with sandpaper using a hand block or an orbital polisher. For heavily yellowed headlights, first use 1000-grit (coarse) sandpaper. Then repeat this step with 2000-grit (medium) and 4000-grit (fine) sandpaper until you achieve a uniformly sanded surface. If the headlights are only slightly dull, sanding can be omitted. 3. Remove any sanding marks with Headlight Polish 1 and the Heavy Cut pad or sheepskin pad. We recommend using a rotary polisher, applying the polish at medium speed and pressure in a crisscross motion. 4. Polish the surface to a high gloss using Headlight Polish 2 and the Thermo Pad. We recommend using a rotary polisher, applying the high-gloss polish at medium speed and pressure with a crisscross motion. Before use, please comply with the legal requirements for headlight polishing in your country.
