**Return Policy**
Our return policy covers 14 days from the day of purchase/invoice. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns for warranties, repairs, and defects are at our expense.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product has been used and you encounter issues, full warranty coverage still applies. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for shipping costs if you wish to return a product, accessory, or equipment. You can also return it free of charge at our branch in Quebec City.
**Non-Exchangeable Items**
Gift cards, sale items, or items individually indicated on the list of non-returnable items.
**Partial Refunds**
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our actions.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.
