Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

• General conditions:
  Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs:
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• Restocking fees:
  No restocking fees will be charged.
• Non-returnable items:
  Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
