In accordance with our policy, the company will not refund the customer in the event of a lost or stolen package.
This will be the responsibility of the respective carriers.
We are not responsible for errors you make in the order content, the entry of the delivery address, or if you are unavailable to receive the order. If your order is returned to us due to your entry error or your absence at the time of delivery, we can reship your order at your expense.
If you choose to cancel your order after a non-delivery instance, we will issue a refund for the invoice amount excluding the original shipping costs.
