1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed the same business day, or within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
No shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.

3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect the parcel, reshipping costs will be charged.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of:
