As of October 19, 2023, Koch-Chemie GmbH is officially the new owner of Lederzentrum GmbH , the company behind the renowned Colourlock brand. This phased integration will continue until the third quarter of 2024 , with rigorous process planning and close collaboration between the teams.

From October 2024, all Colourlock products and services will be developed, manufactured, and shipped from Koch-Chemie's main site in Unna , Germany. This marks an important step towards unifying expertise and quality standards.
